Natalia Martinez-Kalinina lends her organizational psychology, strategy, and technology experience to emerging startups and innovators. Her guidance encourages founders, managers and those entrusted with growth to leverage the full potential of their teams, network and investors. Prior to CIC, she served as the Chief Innovation & Technology officer for a youth empowerment nonprofit in Cuba as well as a product strategist for Ultimate Software, a global $4B human resources software company. Her work, family and diverse interests have lead to years abroad, including Cuba, Mexico, Russia, France, South Africa, China, and Argentina.
Tim Rowe is the Founder and CEO of CIC. In addition to his role with CIC, Tim is a Venture Partner and member of the investment committee of New Atlantic Ventures. Mr. Rowe is particularly interested in consumer-facing technology products with mass-market potential companies. Previously, Tim has served as a Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Manager with the Boston Consulting Group and an analyst with the Mitsubishi Research Institute. Tim speaks Spanish and Japanese fluently. Tim holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a BA from Amherst College.
